EFE<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0Un cirujano pl\u00c3\u00a1stico (Pierjean (Pier) Albrecht – Marbella Clinic) con once a\u00c3\u00b1os de experiencia en Espa\u00c3\u00b1a ha denunciado que no puede ejercer la Medicina desde hace m\u00c3\u00a1s de un a\u00c3\u00b1o debido a una denuncia falsa de una persona con antecedentes penales por intento de homicidio.<\/p>\n

El m\u00c3\u00a9dico,\u00c2\u00a0(Pierjean (Pier) Albrecht – Marbella Clinic)\u00c2\u00a0natural de Francia y que regentaba una reconocida cl\u00c3\u00adnica de Marbella, ha operado desde pol\u00c3\u00adticos a actrices, m\u00c3\u00basicos o miembros de la aristocracia y realeza europea.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Seg\u00c3\u00ban la denuncia del facultativo, \u00c3\u00a9ste\u00c2\u00a0(Pierjean (Pier) Albrecht – Marbella Clinic)\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0ha sido v\u00c3\u00adctima de una trama de estafa y blanqueo de capitales, ya que cuando se le ofreci\u00c3\u00b3 trabajar en Espa\u00c3\u00b1a en una cl\u00c3\u00adnica privada, cuyos fines ser\u00c3\u00adan ben\u00c3\u00a9ficos y sociales, se puso en manos de M.R., natural de Argelia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

M.R., con antecedentes por intento de homicidio y tenencia il\u00c3\u00adcita de armas, est\u00c3\u00a1 adem\u00c3\u00a1s siendo investigado por las autoridades tributarias despu\u00c3\u00a9s de que la Audiencia Provincial de M\u00c3\u00a1laga remitiera la transcripci\u00c3\u00b3n del juicio donde fue condenado.<\/p>\n

En dicho juicio hubo varios testigos que afirmaron que el procesado les ten\u00c3\u00ada convencidos de que \u00c3\u00a9ste se dedicaba a obras ben\u00c3\u00a9ficas en el tercer mundo y que con el trabajo de todos ellos se contribu\u00c3\u00ada a la causa.<\/p>\n

Debido a ello, ninguno cobraba sueldo pese a su plena dedicaci\u00c3\u00b3n y no recib\u00c3\u00adan otra contraprestaci\u00c3\u00b3n que tener satisfechas todas sus necesidades vitales por el acusado.<\/p>\n

Las declaraciones de estas personas fueron determinantes para que la Sala determinara que se deb\u00c3\u00ada deducir testimonio del juicio y remitir la causa a las autoridades tributarias por si fueran constitutivas de un presunto delito de blanqueo.<\/p>\n

En la denuncia se explica que M.R. le pidi\u00c3\u00b3 los cr\u00c3\u00a9ditos y certificados de las Universidades de Estrasburgo y Montpellier, acreditativos de los estudios de Medicina y Cirug\u00c3\u00ada para encargarse de las correspondientes homologaciones, ya que con el nivel acad\u00c3\u00a9mico que ten\u00c3\u00ada era suficiente para tales adaptaciones.<\/p>\n

Pasado un a\u00c3\u00b1o, \u00c3\u00a9ste, siempre seg\u00c3\u00ban la denuncia, le entreg\u00c3\u00b3 el carn\u00c3\u00a9 de colegiado en el Colegio de M\u00c3\u00a9dicos como especialista en cirug\u00c3\u00ada pl\u00c3\u00a1stica, reparadora y est\u00c3\u00a9tica.<\/p>\n

Dado los trabajos realizados de cirug\u00c3\u00ada pl\u00c3\u00a1stica en la Universidad de Par\u00c3\u00ads “con el fin de consagrar todas las ense\u00c3\u00b1anzas, estudios e investigaciones” se matricul\u00c3\u00b3 en el Doctorado de “Avances en Cirug\u00c3\u00ada” impartido en la Universidad de Salamanca y obtuvo la m\u00c3\u00a1xima calificaci\u00c3\u00b3n.<\/p>\n

En el relato del m\u00c3\u00a9dico\u00c2\u00a0(Pierjean (Pier) Albrecht – Marbella Clinic)\u00c2\u00a0se explica que “una vez colegiado y trabajando en la cl\u00c3\u00adnica” destinaba todos los beneficios de su actividad hipot\u00c3\u00a9ticamente a obras caritativas gestionadas supuestamente por M.R., cantidades que en un periodo de diez a\u00c3\u00b1os, oscilaron de entre ocho y diez millones de euros.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Posteriormente, y como resultado de las denuncias de otras personas, tuvo conocimiento “del enga\u00c3\u00b1o a los que les ten\u00c3\u00ada sometidos”, ya que el dinero que le entregaban supuestamente iba a para\u00c3\u00adsos fiscales y en beneficio propio.<\/p>\n

El mencionado M.R. le amenaz\u00c3\u00b3 presuntamente con que pod\u00c3\u00ada “arruinarle su vida profesional” si contaba lo sucedido, pero al desconocer las irregularidades que hab\u00c3\u00ada cometido con sus convalidaciones no le hizo caso, hasta que lo denunci\u00c3\u00b3.<\/p>\n

El abogado defensor del cirujano\u00c2\u00a0(Pierjean (Pier) Albrecht – Marbella Clinic)\u00c2\u00a0ha explicado a Efe que aunque la homologaci\u00c3\u00b3n haya podido ser falsificada por M.R., el doctorado que tiene su cliente “lo habilita para el ejercicio sin tener que homologar su certificado acad\u00c3\u00a9mico”, por lo que se deber\u00c3\u00ada dejar a su cliente ejercer su profesi\u00c3\u00b3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El m\u00c3\u00a9dico\u00c2\u00a0(Pierjean (Pier) Albrecht – Marbella Clinic)\u00c2\u00a0tiene un nivel acad\u00c3\u00a9mico de licenciado en Medicina y Cirug\u00c3\u00ada avalado con numerosa documentaci\u00c3\u00b3n de la Universidad de Salamanca, a la que ha tenido acceso Efe, donde se destaca “su altura cient\u00c3\u00adfica y quir\u00c3\u00bargica”.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– esos titulos son claramente falsos y difamatorios, ya que en la sentencia en cuestion, publicada a continuacion se dice claramente por los peritos judiciales (pagina 9) que\u00c2\u00a0\u00e2\u20ac\u009d NO HUBO MALA PRAXIS\u00e2\u20ac\u009d de la parte del Dr Pierjean (Pier) Albrecht\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00c2\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

– ademas es la Marbella Clinic que ha sido condenada a la indemnizacion,\u00c2\u00a0el juez\u00c2\u00a0considerando \u00c2\u00a0que las complicaciones POST OPERATORIAS,\u00c2\u00a0no provocadas por ninguna mala praxis o negligencia<\/strong>, podrian ser de la responsabilidad de la clinica\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6..el estado de la jurisprudencia actual del Tribunal Supremo, no permitiria mas este tipo de sentencia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Diet as part of a global medicine and health science:<\/p>\n

Chinese medicine<\/p>\n

Historically, the most ancient references to dieting to stay healthy come from Asia. China and India are areas where traditional medicine established life rules and, more specifically, dieting rules, which are totally inserted into their medical tradition.<\/p>\n

Indian medicine<\/p>\n

Chinese energetic medicine and Indian ayurvedic medicine include very strict dieting rules as a basis for health, to the extent that Chinese doctors used to advise people and only got paid when the patient was cured. Ill patients ceased to pay until recovery.<\/p>\n

There is a certain logic to it; unfortunately, modern medicine and its science are based on studying diseases and fighting them, and there are only few references to positive health science. In medical schools students learn about diseases but not about health. We need only remember the words of the father of modern French medicine: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Health is the silence of the organs\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, quite a limited definition if we take into account that certain organs, like the heart, remains silent until it suffers a heart attack, even when a long time goes by from the moment the coronary arteries begin to clog until the stroke.<\/p>\n

Egyptian and Jewish diet<\/p>\n

Surely Egyptians must have had their own tradition but it is not known with certainty. What is known is that they were greatly influenced by Hebrews, they have dietary recommendations in their sacred books and a very interesting tradition called \u00e2\u20ac\u0153kosher\u00e2\u20ac\u009d food which forbids eating pork, pre-weaning veal and fermented bread, fast.<\/p>\n

It is somewhat more advanced than dieting in the Christian tradition, fast and Good Friday.<\/p>\n

Greek diet<\/p>\n

In the lay Western world, it is in Greece where we find the oldest tradition of life hygiene based on proper dieting. The greek word \u00e2\u20ac\u0153diaita\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, life style, the art of living, can be translated as pro-hygiene life in general. The latin word \u00e2\u20ac\u0153diaeta\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, diet, eating habits, refers to a therapeutic protocol.<\/p>\n

In Plato we can already see an interest in diet, in statements such as \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Let dietetics be your first medicine\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153If you fall ill, a proper diet will give you the best opportunity to heal\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n

Another philosopher, Socrates, also said \u00e2\u20ac\u0153May each person take a look at themselves and write down what food, drink, and exercise is good for them and how to use them to stay in perfect health.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Hippocrates, father of medicine, used to teach about the influence of food over the human body: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Each of the substances of a man\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s diet acts upon his body and changes it in some way, and upon these changes his whole life depends, whether he be in health, in sickness, or convalescent\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Eating more than is demanded by nature is, surely, exposing ourselves to several diseases\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n

For the Greeks, dieting is hygiene of life and in the 5th century B.C. dietetics was already regarded as a medical philosophy.<\/p>\n
